HARNESS MANUFACTURING SERVICES
Our harness manufacturing service turns your design into a high-quality, assembly-ready product, whether you need a prototype, a pre-series batch, or serial production. Built with precision, tested with care, and delivered on time.
What We Build
We manufacture Low Voltage (LV) and High Voltage (HV) harnesses for:
• Vehicles and machinery (on-road or off-road)
• EVs and hybrid systems
• EV Conversion wiring sets
• HV Power Distribution boxes
• Sub-assembly wiring (HVAC, TMUs, etc.)
• Power generators and industrial equipment
• Prototypes, one-offs, and small production series

Our Capabilities
We combine automated tools with skilled manual assembly:
• Wire cutting & stripping: Komax, Schleuniger machines
• Crimping: Mecal presses with calibrated dies
• Ultrasonic welding: Telsonic welders for solid splices
• Braiding & taping: Manual and machine-based bundling
• Overmolding: Macromelt/Hotmelt injection for sealed joints
• Custom assembly boards: In-house produced for every design
• Labeling & kitting: Organized for efficient installation
Quality & Testing
Every harness is tested before shipment:
• Continuity and pinout checks
• Insulation resistance tests
• Visual and mechanical inspections
• Custom test benches for specific projects
• Full PPAP documentation and traceability
And because we also do the design, there’s no loss in translation between drawing and harness, which means fewer errors and faster delivery.

Flexible Production
We support all project stages:
• Rapid prototypes – fast turnaround for design validation
• Low-volume manufacturing – ideal for special builds
• Batch production – from dozens to hundreds of harnesses
• High Volume manufacturing – Serial production optimized harnesses
• Service harnesses – replacements or retrofit kits
• Harness rework – we receive and modify your harnesses
• Engineering feedback – DFM support for your own drawings
How do we start?
1. Contact us – Give a brief description of your project (how many harnesses, what volumes, estimated timeline).
2. Sign the NDA – Both parties need to sign a non-disclosure agreement. This ensures all your project details remain confidential.
3. Agree on the SOW – Send us the harness drawings, BOMs, wire lists, etc., specify the quantities for each, and what tests we should perform before delivery.
4. Receive the Quotation – Depending on the harness type, you will receive our quotation in 24 hours for prototype harnesses, or in 1-2 weeks for Serial production, along with any eventual associated tooling costs.
Do you need quick Prototype harnesses or Serial production harnesses for your project?
